Event Description
A supportive 1-hour workshop for women exploring confidence, overthinking, people pleasing, boundaries and self-trust.
Perfect for women who constantly put themselves last, struggle to say no or feel like they’ve lost confidence in themselves over time.
🌿 Why Women Lose Confidence in Themselves
Do you ever:
- overthink conversations afterwards?
- worry too much about upsetting people?
- say yes when you really want to say no?
- constantly put everyone else first?
- feel like you’ve slowly lost confidence in yourself over time?
You are definitely not alone.
So many women spend years carrying the mental load, trying to keep everyone happy, second guessing themselves and quietly pushing their own needs to the bottom of the list.
This supportive 1-hour workshop explores how confidence and self-esteem often get chipped away gradually through stress, pressure, people pleasing, criticism, overwhelm and self-doubt.
Together we’ll gently explore:
🌿 why confidence decreases over time
🌿 the impact of overthinking and people pleasing
🌿 communication patterns and boundaries
🌿 practical ways to begin rebuilding self-trust
This is not therapy and there is absolutely no pressure to share more than feels comfortable.
The evening is designed to feel relaxed, supportive and relatable — with honest conversation and practical insight in a small group environment.
Perfect for women who:
✨ struggle to say no without guilt
✨ overthink interactions afterwards
✨ avoid conflict
✨ put everyone else first
✨ want to feel more confident and like themselves again
