Postnatal Move + Support (with baby) is a welcoming, baby-friendly weekly session created by Fulbrook Fitness & Our Story & Co. for new parents who want to feel stronger, steadier, and more supported in those early months.

Each week you’ll start with a postnatal-safe workout focused on gentle strength, core reconnection and rebuilding confidence in your body (with options for different stages and abilities). Then we’ll settle with a cuppa for a high-value mini session led by Our Story & Co., sharing practical, evidence-informed tools to make day-to-day life with a baby feel easier — think sleep and settling, soothing, routines, confidence, and simple play/development ideas you can use straight away.
